Return Policy
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained before returning any merchandise.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer. Collect shipments will not be accepted.

Original freight and shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Warranty
Piedmont Chain Co. products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the date of delivery.
No other express or implied warranty of any kind is given. No statement, representation, affirmation, action, or other conduct by Piedmont Chain Co. shall constitute an additional warranty unless expressly made in writing.
Who Is Covered
This warranty is made only to the dealer, retailer, or other direct customer of Piedmont Chain Co.
Piedmont Chain Co. makes no warranty to any subsequent purchaser or ultimate user, and the warranty provided to its direct customer may not be transferred to another purchaser or user.
Warranty Claims & Remedies
The buyer's sole remedy for breach of warranty is limited, at the discretion of Piedmont Chain Co., to:

Replacement
Any product submitted for warranty consideration must:

Be returned to Piedmont Chain Co. transportation prepaid.

Be returned within thirty (30) days after delivery to the user.

Be returned within ten (10) days after discovery of the alleged defect.

Be determined by Piedmont Chain Co., upon inspection, to be defective.
No material may be returned without prior written authorization from Piedmont Chain Co.
The buyer shall not be entitled to recover any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, failure, or return of any product.
Tire Chain Use Requirements
The maximum operating speed for tire chains is 30 MPH.
Warranty coverage is void in cases involving:

Operation at speeds exceeding 30 MPH

Improper fit
-
Improper installation
-
Improper use of the product
For best performance and safety, always verify proper tire chain fitment and installation before operation.
