Return Policy / Warranty
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return, items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
Prior to return, authorization must be obtained. To receive a return goods authorization, please contact customer service at email@example.com or by calling 336-763-2445. Please write the RGA number on the return to ensure proper credit is issued.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
All returns must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments will not be accepted.
Freight charges are nonrefundable.
Credit for returns will be issued within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The above warranty is made only to the dealer, retailer or other direct customer of Piedmont Chain Co. Piedmont Chain Co. makes no warranty to any other ultimate user an prohibits the transfer of the warranty given above to its direct customer to any subsequent purchaser, including but not limited to ultimate user
The buyer's sole remedy for breach of any warranty is limited exclusively to obtaining, at the discretion of the seller, either credit, repair or replacement on any product sold by Piedmont Chain Co., which shall be returned to the seller, transportation prepaid within thirty (30) days after delivery to a user and within ten (10) days of discovery of discovery of alleged defect, and which Piedmont Chain Co. inspection shall determine to be defective. Buyer shall not be entitled to recover any special, incidental or consequential damages. No material shall be returned without written consent of the seller.
Maximum speed of use is thirty (30) mph. Speeds over thirty (30) mph, improper fit or improper installation voids these warranties.
