Shipping Policy
Our offices will be closed December 24 - 26 for the Christmas holiday. We will resume shipping orders on Friday, December 27th.
FREE SHIPPING within the contiguous US on orders of $40.00 or more.
We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. In most cases, orders ship within 1 business day. If there will be a delay in shipping your order, you will be notified by e-mail. Orders qualifying for free shipping will shipped using either FedEx, USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail when shipping to PO Boxes, or motor freight due to the weight of the shipment. We offer FedEx and USPS as shipping methods within the United States and to Canada for orders that don't meet the free shipping threshold. Once shipped, transit time will depend upon the shipping method selected at check out. “Transit Days” do not include the date of pick up, weekends or holidays. For example, if an order is shipped on Thursday and the transit time is 3 days, the order should be delivered the following Tuesday. Transit time for GROUND SERVICE is an estimate and is not guaranteed by the carrier.

FedEx, UPS, and USPS will NOT deliver to business addresses on weekends.
Please note: During severe weather conditions, transit time may be unavoidably delayed. This includes expedited shipping methods, such as Overnight and 2nd Day services. If this is to occur, the shipment will be delivered as soon as possible. Shipping charges are nonrefundable in these cases.

Alaska
Due to the weight of the products we sell, shipments to Alaska must looked at on a case-by-case basis. Through USPS, some of our tire chains are able to be able to be shipped in an affordable manner, while other cannot be due to weight restrictions.
